Thank you for booking an appointment with Bina Medical Clinic. Please note that our team will contact you within three hours of your booking during our business hours to confirm your appointment type and scheduled time. If your booking is made outside of our business hours, we will contact you first thing on the next business day. This step helps us avoid any misunderstanding and reduce prolonged wait times.
You will also receive an invoice for your appointment. Invoices for in-person appointments may be paid after the appointment, directly at the clinic. Invoices for virtual appointments must be paid prior to the appointment in order to confirm the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, a cancellation fee of CA$99.00 may be charged.
