We would like to inform our patients that the medical clinic offers certain referral orientation appointments covered by RAMQ, and therefore provided at no cost, in accordance with current eligibility criteria.

Please note, however, that the clinic also operates a private practice for which fees apply and are not covered by RAMQ

Registration details

A member of our team will contact you by phone prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: A fee of $150 will be charged for any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or for failure to attend your appointment.

The clinic reserves the right to charge a $150 fee, and to cancel or reschedule your appointment if an inappropriate appointment type has been selected.
