Consultation fees apply and are not covered by the RAMQ (Quebec Health Insurance Plan).

However, some fees may be eligible for reimbursement through your private insurance. An official receipt will be provided following your consultation.

Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy
Patients are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled appointments. Regardless of the reason for the delay, the healthcare professional will determine whether the patient can still be seen or whether the appointment must be rescheduled.
• All appointments must be cancelled before 7:00 a.m. on the day of the scheduled appointment.
• The full consultation fee will be charged for last-minute cancellations or missed appointments.
• Annual check-ups must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
