Our services are not covered by RAMQ.

However, some fees may be eligible for reimbursement through your private insurance. An official receipt is provided after the consultation.


Registration details

Before each appointment, a free 5- to 10-minute telephone consultation allows us to assess your situation and determine whether the care you require can be provided at home or through telemedicine.

If we determine that your situation cannot be appropriately managed at home or through telemedicine, we will let you know before the appointment. We can then direct you to the appropriate resources, such as a clinic offering in-person care or, when necessary, an emergency care resource.
