Isabelle Marcil, Writer

With a degree in journalism, Isabelle began her career in print media. Driven by a passion for storytelling and human-interest topics, she has always embraced a narrative approach. She later worked in the public sector, where she developed strong expertise in making complex information accessible, before continuing her career in communications for several years. Since 2018, she has been part of the Bonjour-santé marketing team as an editor and translator, where she leads the Mag-santé blog content. She brings her strong interest in research to the forefront, sharing practical health insights and tips in collaboration with healthcare professionals.



Carlos Rojas, Graphic designer

Carlos studied graphic design at Collège Ahuntsic and advertising at Collège LaSalle, building a strong foundation that blends visual creativity with strategic thinking. Over the years, he has collaborated on a contract basis with a wide range of companies and organizations, including Just for Laughs and the Quebec Youth Parliament, where he brought concepts to life through impactful and engaging visuals. Carlos joined Bonjour-santé in 2018 where he combines artistic vision with a strong command of design tools and emerging technologies. His work is driven by a passion for creating visuals that not only capture attention, but also communicate clearly and effectively.

Bonjour-santé is fortunate to count on a team of dedicated nurses who provide guidance and health advice to its members. The expertise of some of these professionals is also featured in articles published on the Mag-santé blog.

Isabelle Beaulieu, Auxiliary nurse

An auxiliary nurse since 2010, Isabelle has developed a broad range of experience, including in emergency care and super medical clinics. She has also built expertise in aesthetics and phlebology, and has worked in CNESST and immigration-related care. She has held liaison roles at Montréal’s Clinique médicale Angus (super clinic) and within Bonjour-santé’s virtual care team. In recent years, she has taken on a management role, overseeing both the virtual care and liaison teams and actively contributing to the organisation and continuous improvement of services.

Geneviève Goulet, Nurse

With over 20 years of experience and a member of the OIIQ since 2006, Geneviève has built extensive expertise across hospital and clinical settings. Her experience includes roles at Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont in cardiology, pediatrics, pediatric intensive care, and labour and delivery. She later transitioned to primary care in pharmacy settings, followed by work in vaccination and travel health clinics. She has also held positions as head nurse in a private seniors’ residence and as a liaison nurse at Montréal’s Clinique médicale Angus (super clinic). Now a manager at Bonjour-santé, she leads both the virtual care and liaison teams, helping improve access to care and supporting patients and colleagues alike. She is also the recipient of the Profession Santé – Innovation 2022 award.

Catherine Beaulieu, Auxiliary nurse

After graduating as an auxiliary nurse in 2019, Catherine began her career in super clinic before pursuing her passion as a liaison nurse. In this role, she supported patients throughout their healthcare journey while assisting healthcare professionals in care coordination. Her combined experience in clinical and liaison settings has enabled her to develop strong assessment and patient-orientation skills. Today, she brings this expertise to Bonjour-santé members, helping make access to healthcare services easier and more seamless.

Jennifer Cloutier, Clinical nurse

With over 13 years of nursing experience, including 7 as a clinical nurse, Jennifer has built a strong and versatile background in hospital care. She has worked across a range of departments, including medicine, surgery, pediatrics, and geriatrics, giving her a well-rounded clinical perspective. For nearly five years, she has been practicing virtual care, where she combines her clinical expertise with a highly adaptable, patient-centered approach. Known for her ability to quickly assess situations and provide clear, reassuring guidance, she plays a key role in supporting patients remotely and ensuring timely, safe access to care.

Sylviane Deschênes, Auxiliary nurse

An auxiliary nurse for 19 years, Sylviane specialised in cardiovascular diseases during her training. She has developed strong experience in hospital settings, including geriatrics, mental health, rehabilitation, and day medicine. She then spent eight years as a nursing manager before continuing her career in a CLSC providing in-home care to seniors. Since 2021, she has been part of the Bonjour-santé liaison team, where she uses her extensive experience to effectively support patients throughout their care journey.
