Votre carte d’assurance maladie est expirée?

Si vous avez une carte d’assurance maladie, mais que celle-ci est expirée, vous devrez payer votre consultation. Nous vous remettrons un reçu avec lequel vous pourrez réclamer les frais auprès de la RAMQ (à la suite du renouvellement de votre carte). Pour éviter de payer les frais, veuillez contacter la RAMQ pour régler la situation.

Si votre carte d’assurance maladie est expirée et que vous devez consulter au sans rendez-vous dans la journée, vous pouvez appeler à la RAMQ au 514-864-3411 ou sans frais au 1 800-561-9749 et demander de faxer à la Clinique médicale Angus , au 514-596-1821, une confirmation d'inscription à la RAMQ. Pour ne pas avoir à payer les frais, nous devrons recevoir votre avis de validation de carte AVANT votre consultation au sans rendez-vous.
