Appointment Confirmation

Our team will contact you within three business hours of your booking to confirm the appointment type and scheduled time. If your booking is made outside our business hours, we will contact you at the beginning of the next business day.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of CA$99.00 may apply in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
