BLOOD TESTS Fixed fee of $15 (plus tax) for a blood sample and $5 (plus tax) for a urinalysis alone. Please note that cash payments are not accepted. We only accept debit and credit cards.
The blood sampling service is only available every other Thursday.
Please note that we are unable to conduct QuantiFERON-TB tests here. However, you may schedule an appointment elsewhere to complete all tests at once.
