The wearing of masks in health facilities is maintained.

The L'Assomption GMF appointment is available ON A PRIORITY BASIS to those registered with a family doctor at our GMF.

Registration must take place on the same day at 7:45 on weekdays, or 7:15 on holidays and weekends.

CAUTION: Patients residing in the territory of L'Assomption, L'Épiphanie and St-Sulpice who have NO family doctor should call GAP 514-390-2163 to see a physician in their area.
They can contact our receptionists between 8am and 8pm at 450-589-5778 ext 9 to find out our remaining availability without an appointment.
