The GMF Richelieu Saint-Césaire offers its customers medical care such as follow-ups with family doctors and walk-in services for semi-urgent health problems.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.

Scan your health insurance card at the terminal at the CLSC Richelieu entrance to confirm your presence.

Monday to Saturday: CLSC Richelieu site

Located at 300 chemin de Marieville in Richelieu for patients registered only with GMF Richelieu Saint-Césaire. Make an appointment online at Bonjour-santé.ca starting at 6:15 p.m. the day before for a consultation the next day, or by phone 1-888-243-4058.

Saturdays: When you arrive at the CLSC, ring the doorbell and an administrative agent will be happy to greet you. Patients with appointment only.

Clinique Fort Chambly FMG patients

Saturday: All walk-in consultations take place at CLSC Richelieu, located at 300 chemin de Marieville in Richelieu (when you arrive at the CLSC, ring the doorbell and an administrative agent will be happy to greet you). Please call on Saturdays at 450-658-2112 ext. 4 as early as 8:30 a.m. for a same-day appointment. Patients with appointment only

Monday to Friday: Clinique du Collège site

Located at 1396 Rue Notre Dame, Saint-Césaire for patients registered and not registered with the FMG.

Make an appointment online at Bonjour-santé.ca starting at 7:00 a.m. for a same-day consultation, or by phone 579-323-0055

Please note , that if you use a cell phone, the system will send you a text message directing you to the online appointment link. You can either use this link or ignore it and call back immediately to obtain your appointment by phone. Please have your health insurance card ready when you call.

Sunday: All walk-in consultations take place at Clinique Fort Chambly, 1101 Brassard Blvd., Chambly. Please call on Sundays at 450-658-6000 ext. 1 as early as 8:30 a.m. or visit the Clinique Fort Chambly website.
