GMF reception and appointments: 450-658-2112. Saturday and Sunday appointments may be at one of these two points of care: the Richelieu Saint-Césaire GMF and the Fort Chambly GMF. To book via Bonjour-santé: gmfrsc.bonjour-sante.ca or 1-888-243-4058. Starting at 6:15 p.m. from Sunday to Friday, for a next-day consultation at the Richelieu CLSC, 300 Chemin de Marieville, Richelieu, Quebec, J3L 3V8. Starting at 8 p.m. Saturday for a Sunday consultation at the Fort Chambly clinic, 1101 boulevard Brassard, suite 205, Chambly, J3L 5R4. Registered patients of any of the three GMF points of care (Richelieu CLSC, Saint-Césaire CLSC, Clinique du Collège) can book next-day appointments at the Richelieu CLSC from Monday to Saturday and Sunday appointments at the Fort Chambly Clinic. Patients registered at the Fort Chambly Clinic can book a Saturday appointment at the Richelieu CLSC starting at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. The following is a list of concerns that will not be addressed during a next-day appointment: stitches, prescription renewal, orthoses prescription, nicotine patch prescription, contraception, desensitization, check-ups, medical certificates, forms (driver's license, insurance, disability pension, etc.). You must contact your pharmacist or the prescribing physician to renew medication.
Registration details
Walk-in consultations are held in the clinic. You must therefore go to the Richelieu-Saint-Césaire GMF to meet the doctor, unless he contacts you beforehand and gives you different instructions. Please arrive only 5 minutes prior to your appointment in order to respect social distancing measures. Wearing a mask is compulsory in the clinic.
