Three options are available to you:


1. Family doctor or minor emergency

Check the options for appointments with your family doctor or a minor emergency appointment with the on‑call physician.


2. Consultation or cancellation of an appointment

Verify the date and time of your upcoming appointments or cancel them easily.


3. Appointment with my family doctor in more than 30 days

Submit your follow-up request online with your doctor now, even if their schedule is not yet open. As soon as a time slot becomes available, you will be assigned an appointment and notified.

Key advantage: You don’t need to wait for schedules to open to make your request. Your spot is reserved as soon as a slot opens.

⚠️ A $35 fee may apply for any cancellation made 24 hours or less before your appointment.
