A member of our team will contact you by phone prior to your appointment to confirm your visit and provide any necessary information

A $100.00 deposit is required to secure and confirm all medical and DNA testing appointments.This deposit will be applied toward your appointment fees.

 

Cancellation Policy
We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit becoming non-refundable.
