Important Message

Patient Commitment – Free Sleep Test at RespiArt

The patient agrees to arrive at the scheduled time for their appointment booked via Bonjour-santé.
They confirm having read the eligibility criteria for the free sleep test and commit to following the installation method explained during the clinic visit.

⚠️ Only one appointment is provided for the free test.
In case of absence (“no-show”), any subsequent test will be charged according to the applicable conditions.


Eligibility Criteria for the Free Sleep Test

The patient must answer the following questions:

Do you snore every night?
Do you experience excessive daytime sleepiness despite sleeping more than 6 hours?
Do you suffer from high blood pressure, morbid obesity, or diabetes?
Are you over 50 years old?
Is the test prescribed by a hospital as a preoperative requirement?
Are you male?


➡️ If you answer “yes” to at least three of these questions, you are eligible for a free sleep test at RespiArt.

➡️ If you do not meet the criteria, a fee of $280 will be charged to take the test.


Test Procedure and Conditions

A medical prescription is required.

The patient will receive the medical device the same day and must sleep with it for at least 6 hours in the comfort of their home.

The device must be returned the next business day between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. at the same location where the appointment was held.

If the patient cannot return the device the next day, they must cancel and reschedule the appointment.

In case of delay, a fee of $400 per day will be charged due to the impact on the clinic and other scheduled patients.

This fee must be paid before the test analysis.

Additional fees will apply if the test must be repeated due to failure to follow the instructions provided.


📌 The test is free only once and only for patients who have never received a sleep apnea diagnosis.
