Important Message

Note that we only accept patients registered with a doctor from the GMF-U of Trois-Rivières (St-Joseph Centre).

PATIENTS WHO ARE NOT PART OF OUR CLINIC WILL BE REFUSED ACCESS TO THE WALK-IN CLINIC.

You register for the GMF-U of Trois-Rivières walk-in clinic. Once the appointment is confirmed via Bonjour-Santé, the GMF-U of Trois-Rivières will enter your appointment in its own system.

You should then receive a COVID questionnaire by email (if we have it on file). You must complete this questionnaire BEFORE you arrive to help us better welcome you, If you do not have an email address, we will complete it with you when you arrive.

We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, a nurse will see you before you see the doctor.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you cancel as soon as possible in order to give your place to another person.
